- The Operator may apply additional limits (e.g., session limits, risk limits, responsible gambling limits) at its discretion or as required by law.
- Bet confirmation:
- A Bet is considered accepted and valid once it has been processed and confirmed by the Operator's servers and appears in your transaction history or Game log.
- It is your responsibility to verify that the details of any Bet are correct before confirming.
- Use of balances:
- Unless otherwise specified, Real Money Balance is wagered before Bonus Funds.

- Any "undo" or "cancel" feature shown in a Game interface is subject to the specific Game rules and technical availability at the time.
- Operator corrections and palpable errors:
- If a Bet is accepted at odds, configurations, or conditions that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error (a "palpable error"), the Operator may:
- void the Bet and return the stake to your Account; or

- In the event of a dispute, Game logs, server records, and the certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") results will be decisive.
- If a Bet is accepted at odds, configurations, or conditions that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error (a "palpable error"), the Operator may:
- Interrupted games:
- If your connection is lost or a Game is interrupted after you have placed a Bet, the result will continue to be determined by the Game server.
- On reconnection, the final outcome will be displayed in your Game history or Account history. If a Game round cannot be completed due to a malfunction, the round will be void and any stake will be refunded to your Account in accordance with the Game provider's rules.

- Compliance with Game rules: Each Game has specific rules, paytables, and instructions provided by the Operator or the third-party provider. By participating, you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to these Terms.

Any such facility will be subject to additional terms and enhanced KYC/AML checks. Unless explicitly stated in the cashier, crypto-assets are not accepted.
- Ownership of payment methods: You may only deposit using payment instruments registered in your own name. The Operator may request proof of ownership and may void transactions or winnings if third-party methods are used without authorization.

- General conditions:
- You may request withdrawals from your Real Money Balance, subject to successful completion of KYC checks, technical processing, and compliance with these Terms.
- The Operator reserves the right to pay withdrawals, where possible, back to the same method(s) used for deposit, in line with anti-money laundering obligations.
- Processing times:
- The Operator endeavours to review and process withdrawal requests promptly. Internal processing times may vary based on risk checks and documentation requirements.
- After approval, additional time may be required for your financial institution or payment provider to complete the transfer. Indicative timelines are displayed in the cashier but are not guaranteed.
- Withdrawal limits and fees:

- Verification prior to payout: Before approving a withdrawal, the Operator may:
- request or re-request identity, address, and payment method documents;
- require confirmation of source-of-funds or source-of-wealth; and
- conduct enhanced due diligence as required by AML/CTF regulations in Malta, Ontario, and applicable Canadian jurisdictions. Failure to cooperate may lead to delay, suspension, or rejection of withdrawal requests, consistent with Applicable Law.
4.3 Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals
- Refund policy:
- Deposits are generally not refundable once used to place Bets.
- In exceptional circumstances (e.g., demonstrable technical malfunction, duplicate deposits, or evident error), the Operator may, at its discretion and subject to regulatory approval where necessary, refund certain deposits or Bets.

- If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, the Operator may:
- immediately suspend or close your Account;
- withhold any winnings or balances to offset the disputed amount and any associated costs; and
- report the matter to relevant financial institutions, regulators, and fraud databases.
- If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, the Operator may:
- Bonus-related refunds: Where Bets funded by Bonus Funds are voided or refunded due to technical issues or Game malfunction, the Operator may restore the relevant Bonus Funds to your Account or treat the Bonus as not yet used, subject to the applicable promotion terms and regulatory requirements.
5. Bonus Terms
5.1 Bonus Activation and Eligibility
- Offer-specific terms:
- Each Bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions (the "Bonus Terms") presented at the time of the offer on leovegasbet-ca.com.
- By claiming or accepting a Bonus, you agree to both these general Terms and the relevant Bonus Terms. In case of conflict, the Bonus Terms will generally prevail for that particular promotion, subject to Applicable Law.
- Activation requirements: Bonuses may require:
- a minimum qualifying deposit;
- entry of a bonus code; and/or
- manual opt-in from the "Promotions" or "My Offers" section of your Account. Failure to complete the required activation steps within the stated timeframe may result in the Bonus expiring.
- Jurisdictional differences: Some Bonuses may be restricted to either Ontario or Rest-of-Canada players, to specific provinces, or to specific payment methods, in compliance with regional marketing and bonus regulations. Any such restriction will be disclosed in the relevant Bonus Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Wagering requirements:
- Most Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager a specified multiple of the Bonus amount and/or deposit amount before Bonus Funds and associated winnings can be converted to Real Money and withdrawn.
- The exact wagering multiple, qualifying Games, and contribution percentages will be defined in the Bonus Terms.
- Game contribution:
- Different Game types may contribute different percentages towards the wagering requirement (for example: 100% for most slots, lower or 0% for certain table and live casino Games).
- Some Games may be entirely excluded from Bonus play. The applicable contribution table or list of excluded Games will be provided in the Bonus Terms and may be updated from time to time.
- Time limits:
- Bonuses and any associated wagering requirements must typically be completed within a specified period (for example, 7 - 30 days) from the time of activation, or the Bonus and any unconverted winnings may be forfeited.
- Time limits will be clearly stated in the Bonus Terms and, where appropriate, in your Account's "My Offers" section.
5.3 Prohibited Actions and Bonus Abuse
- Prohibited play: When using Bonus Funds, you must not:
- place Bets that exceed the maximum Bet per spin/round stated in the Bonus Terms;
- use strategies that artificially extend gameplay or reduce risk solely for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements (e.g., low-risk betting on roulette covering most outcomes);
- place zero- or low-margin Bets, or hedge Bets across multiple Accounts or sites, with the primary aim of securing guaranteed profits from Bonuses.
- Bonus abuse and multiple Accounts:
- The Operator reserves the right to withhold or cancel Bonuses and/or winnings, and to close Accounts where it reasonably believes that:
- multiple Accounts have been created to claim repeated welcome offers or other Bonuses;
- Bonuses have been claimed in violation of jurisdictional restrictions or self-exclusion measures; or
- there is evidence of collusion, fraudulent activity, or systematic exploitation of promotions.
- Any such actions will be taken in accordance with Applicable Law and, where required, may be reported to regulators.
- The Operator reserves the right to withhold or cancel Bonuses and/or winnings, and to close Accounts where it reasonably believes that:
- Combining promotions:
- Unless explicitly permitted in the Bonus Terms, Bonuses cannot be combined or stacked. Only one active Bonus may typically be in play at the same time for a given product or segment.
- Certain offers may exclude you from simultaneously participating in other promotions, loyalty rewards, or cashback schemes.
